Both are separately incorporated Florida C-Corporations. Separate incorporation does not contradict a parent/subsidiary relationship; ownership is what establishes the hierarchy. The rest of the SSDF portfolio are business lines, platforms, systems, and internal infrastructure — not peer corporations.
